cup low-fat cream cheese

Place cubed cantaloupe on paper towels to remove excess liquid.
Mix cantaloupe, chicken, cilantro, yogurt, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
Split bagels in half. Spread halves with cream cheese.
Top each with 1 lettuce leaf and about 1/4 cup chicken mixture.
