Open-Faced Ham Sandwiches

Servings: Makes 8 sandwiches
Ingredients
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 Cobblestone Mill English Muffins, split
8 slices cooked ham
8 slices tomato

Preparation
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine cream cheese and butter, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika and garlic powder.
  4. Take 2/3 mixture and divide evenly between English muffin halves.
  5. Spread mixture and top with 1 slice of ham and tomato.
  6. Spoon remaining cheese mixture onto center of each tomato slice.
  7. Place on baking sheet and broil until golden brown.
