teaspoon paprika

Preheat broiler.
Combine cream cheese and butter, stirring until smooth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika and garlic powder.
Take 2/3 mixture and divide evenly between English muffin halves.
Spread mixture and top with 1 slice of ham and tomato.
Spoon remaining cheese mixture onto center of each tomato slice.
Place on baking sheet and broil until golden brown.
