Servings: Serves 6
Ingredients
6 slices Cobblestone Mill Sour Dough Bread
8 eggs
1 cup cheese, grated and divided (use your favorite variety)
1 pound sausage, browned and drained
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried mustard

Preparation
  1. The day before serving: Trim crusts off bread slices.
  2. Line bottom of 9½" x 13" pan with bread slices.
  3. Sprinkle sausage on top of bread.
  4. In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and ¾ cup cheese; pour over sausage.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°.
  8. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
