cup cheese, grated and divided (use your favorite variety)

pound sausage, browned and drained

cups milk

teaspoon salt

teaspoon dried mustard

The day before serving: Trim crusts off bread slices.
Line bottom of 9½" x 13" pan with bread slices.
Sprinkle sausage on top of bread.
In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and ¾ cup cheese; pour over sausage.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
This recipe needs to be prepared one day before serving.
