Turkey Cheddar Melt

Servings: Makes 2
Ingredients
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
cups chopped roasted turkey
4 slices Cobblestone Mill Sour Dough Bread
1/3 cup cranberry sauce (optional)
4 (1 ounce) slices Cheddar cheese

Preparation
  1. Combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, mustard, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
  2. Stir in turkey; mix well.
  3. Spoon turkey mixture evenly over bread slices.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over turkey.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
  8. Serve immediately.
