cup cranberry sauce (optional) |

(1 ounce) slices Cheddar cheese |

- Combine mayonnaise, celery, onion, mustard, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
- Stir in turkey; mix well.
- Spoon turkey mixture evenly over bread slices.
- Spread cranberry sauce over turkey.
- Top with cheese.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
