fresh peaches, cut in half and pitted |

- Prepare medium hot fire in grill.
- Season tenderloin with salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill tenderloin over direct heat for 15-20 minutes, turning to brown evenly and to an internal temperature of 155° F.
- Baste with barbecue sauce while it is cooking.
- Remove from grill and set aside.
Place peach and plum halves on grill.
Brush each side with butter.
Cover grill and cook until charred and softened - 3-5 minutes per side.
Build sandwiches in rolls, starting with sliced tenderloin.
Top with sliced peaches, plums, corn relish, and lettuce. Enjoy!
