- Combine ground beef, cilantro and 1/3 cup salsa in large bowl.
- Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
- Place patties on preheated gas grill grid over medium heat.
- Grill, covered, 7 to 8 minutes to medium doneness (160°F), turning occasionally.
- Top burgers with cheese slices during last minute of grilling.
- About 2 minutes before burgers are done, place rolls, cut sides down, on grid.
- Grill until lightly toasted.
- Place lettuce leaf on each roll bottom, if desired.
- Top with burger, additional salsa and 2 bacon slices.
Close sandwiches.

For charcoal grilling, place patties on grid over medium coals. Grill, uncovered, 11 to 13 minutes to medium doneness (160°F), turning occasionally. Top burgers with cheese and grill rolls as directed above.
