cups shredded romaine lettuce |

cups cubed oven-roasted turkey breast |

teaspoon garlic powder |

Preheat broiler.
- Combine mayonnaise and dressing in medium bowl.
- Add lettuce, turkey and red pepper; toss to coat with dressing mixture.
- Set aside.
- Brush cut sides of rolls lightly with oil; sprinkle evenly with garlic powder and cheese.
- Place in single layer on baking sheet.
- Broil 2 minutes or until toasted.
- Divide chicken salad evenly among roll bottoms.
- Close sandwiches.

To easily shred lettuce, stack several leaves and roll up tightly lengthwise to form a cylinder. Slice cylinder crosswise at 1/4-inch intervals to form shreds.
Reduced-fat mayonnaise and Caesar dressing may be substituted for regular mayonnaise and dressing. |
