French Style Pistolettes

Pistolettes are oval-shaped brown-and-serve rolls popular in Louisiana, where they are stuffed with any type of filling, including the Cajun favorite étoufée. Baked or fried, Cobblestone Mill’s French Style Pistolettes are delicious.

Available only in select Cobblestone Mill markets.

Heating Instructions
For baking: Preheat oven to 350°. Remove pistolettes from bag and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
For frying: Heat light oil in fry pan to 375°. Remove pistolettes from bag and stuff with your favorite filling or leave plain. Fry for about three minutes or until golden brown.
